YouGov BrandIndex, which surveys more than 1.2 million consumers annually, recently summarized their dining data over the first half of 2013 wherein respondents were asked the following question: \u00abIf you’ve heard anything about the brand in the last two weeks, through advertising, news or word of mouth, was it positive or negative?\u00bb<\/p>\n

Buzz scores range from -100 to 100 and are tallied by subtracting negative feedback from positive. Equal positive and negative feedback means a zero score.<\/p>\n

Here are the top five casual dining chains with the best reputation so far this year, along with their Buzz score:<\/p>\n
