MenuTrinfo.com describes the program: \u201cAllerChef\u2122 provides training for chefs on how to make gluten-free and allergen-friendly menu items in today\u2019s commercial kitchens. The live online webinar, guided by an AllerTrain\u2122 professional, lasts approximately 90 minutes.\u201d<\/p>\n
