Elizabeth Blau, famed restaurateur and entrepreneur, joins the tough table of critics who are willing to invest their own money on the right concept.
Each week two teams are pitted against each other to prove they have a viable concept and if chosen get the chance to test their concept.
The selected team gets the keys to a fully equipped restaurant in Los Angeles and 36 hours to convince the investors to finance their dreams.
