Delivery Only

Wow Bao Deliver Chow

Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises owns, manages or licenses more than 100 restaurants across the U.S. and in Canada and is now bringing the fast-casual chain Wow Bao to California. The twist? It’s delivery only.

Wow Bao serves steamed buns, pot stickers, dumplings, and rice and noodle bowls, and have all the major delivery platforms covered with UberEats, DoorDash, GrubHub, Caviar, Eat24, Postmates, Amazon Prime and Tapingo.

With more and more consumers demanding convenience, delivery is set to become the biggest change in the food service industry since drive-thru. By using a delivery only concept, LEYE is making a smart move by reaching a wide audience and cutting back on the huge costs of a restaurant.

Wow Bao has about 13 locations, mostly in Chicago. In Los Angeles, the restaurant will operate from a kitchen near the campus of the University of Southern California with this being the fourth delivery-only concept LEYE has launched this year. In Chicago, the multi-concept operator recently debuted Lucky Dumpling, another Asian concept, as well as ASAP Poke and Seaside’s. The Chicago locations operate out of sister restaurant kitchens.
